So I built what I always wished I had. Arnold PAT Testing started as a tool just for me. The logic follows the IET Code of Practice 5th Edition exactly — not approximately, exactly. The certificates look professional. It works 100% offline. And it costs less than a cup of tea a month.

Then other engineers started asking to use it. Then facilities managers. Then landlords. That's when I realised this wasn't just a tool for me — it was a tool for every compliance engineer in the UK who deserves better software.
